You have to realize that commercials are put together by an advertising company who specializes in advertising, not cell phone technology. So when the commercial was produced, some bone head thought that it would be really cool to use the RAZR, because it is sooooo technically advanced and everyone craves it, and they made it look like it was using 3G.
