e815 bluetooth connection issues

I just got a VZW e815 and when I try to pair my HS820 headset to it. the progress bar go's all the way over and just sits there with 0 devices found if I hit cancel or stop and try again it just flashes no devices found. And I can't pair it to my computer either. I'm using the 01.1E.00 fireware.
