Ok so I saved some ringtones on my microSD using bitpim. I saved in under the my_sounds folder. I see it when I look at memory on my phone, but it isnt showing under "my ringtones." What do I need to do to get this to work?

I know that with the 9800 you need to create a folder on your card called "ringers" put your ring tone in there. then open bit pim get phone data, ringtones. and send phone data ringtones and replace all. it works for me.

it's mr on the phone and my_ringers on the card

make sure you have the phone format the card and it will create the correctly named folders

if it asks for a lock code, it's the last 4 digits of your phone number

Yeah gotta format; the 8300, 8500 and 9800 all have slightly different folder options

Hey guys I have the same issue with my mom's phone, tried to load up the music in My_Music and went to the phone and it doesn't appear.

What do I have to do to get it to work?
