Transferring mp3s to SD Card

So I'm filling my SD card with music, as school starts tomorrow. After the long transfer a bunch of songs didn't get sent. Found that odd, so I checked to see if there was enough space, but there is still 700 mb left.

So I delete them from the quick instal queue and throw them back on there. Hotsync and they still don't get transfered. I isolated it down to just one song, and it wouldn't go. In case I had a faulty card, I deleted a couple albums, still wouldn't go. So I then deleted a song from that same cd (of the one song that wouldn't transfer) and tried to send it, and it worked.

There is no way these files could can be all that different, as they were ripped, by me, from the same cd and are even about the same size. Has anyone had this problem? Hopefully someone can help explain what is goin' on.

If you have an SD card reader, try using it to transfer music to your SD. its much much faster than using hotsync.
