Hi

I converted a 3g2 video to .WMV format with Super but the converted video doesn't have any sound.

Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong?

make sure you check the 'use direct show' box, so super will use the correct windows directX filter during the transcoding conversion

you might have to download some directX filters or a Codec pack , and install them on your PC

Hi themopedwhiz,

I tried converting the video with and without the using direct show and got the same result. Can you tell me how to find out which codecs I'm missing and where to download them?
