hey all, ... i've been trying to read how to flash/flex a moto phone, and i'm lost.. i really need help ...

i currently own a Cingular RAZR V3 (Black).

S/W Version: R374_G_0E.40.9CR
Flex Version: GSMV3xxCin02NA0A5

i just would like to know what the latest firmware or flash/flex is for this phone, and how would i go about installing it...

any help is appreciated....

i have tried searching, but all the links make my head hurt, and i can't seem to figure this out..

Leave the flex as is and just upgrade the firmware:
