Tasks Application Aborts

I've searched the forums and haven't seen any reference to this. My p800 will abort the tasks application everytime it is opened. It will stay open for about 20 seconds and then aborts with a USER error code 9. Has anyone else seen this? If so, was there a fix. Also, is there anyway to have it sync the categories? Any help would be appreciated.

maybe try master reset it??
