For those who are looking to buy oem housing for sony ericsson w900i, check out these two sellers on ebay:

Both the sellers are from UK, and they both have housings with the vodafone logo on it.

ya, i bought one too bad none of them come with D-pads because I really need them! my silver paint is starting to wear and you can see dots of orange in the darkw ehn the backlight is on

they are original. i will probably make a nice "how to install OEM housing on a w900i" thread once i recieve it. i ordered it 4 days ago so it shouldnt be much longer until i recieve it hopefully...

ya, its still not here yet though. hopefully it should be here tomorrow, but i will be busy all day. but the day after tomorrow, i have a couple hours in between my college classes that i can use to put it together if it comes in at that time. i will post a thread with nice pics fo shizzle my nizzle...

i got my white housing finally (yesterday) and i attempted to change it out and OMG!!!! its soooo difficult. i will see if i have the time to try it again tomorrow or something but damn i was working on it for an hour and didnt get very far...

Yeah, these are definitely OEM...my friend purchased one from him and I'm waiting for my K750 housing. Maxiderm, how long did it take for it to ship? I ordered it last Wednesday, but its not here yet.

I couldn't find any oem/originals.

All I know is that oem/original parts will last longer and are more reliable than aftermarket ones.

I wouldn't recommend you change the housing yourself since this is a swivel phone that is quite hard to change. I recommend you buy the white oem housing from ebay, then find a cell phone repair shop that'll change the housing for you.

I've contacted several shops and found only one in the GVA for $50 CAD.
