i cant access the personalise options in settings, i click on it and nothing happens. plz help.

Im have a motorola l6

The same happends to me. I'm using a Motorola V220 and everytime I go to "settings" - > "personalise" the screen goes blank.

go to master reset then master clear
should fix it up
