Moto Razr V3m and 3way/Conference calls

I thought the Motorola Razr was the best phone for using 3way phones.
I thought it had a function that allowed you to LINK and UNLINK a conference call. Then dial another number.
Now it seems as though, this brand new V3m, that it doesn't do that and it's gone back in time so that it doesn't offer these easy to use features.
Anyone know?
