My headset took a dunk and I need to know if anyone has suggestions on drying the blasted thing out. I called Motorola tech support and they said it's toast buy a new one. They can't help and have no one who can even offer a suggestion.
It will take a charge. I was able to power it on, but can't shut it off. I can't push the button to answer a call or to initiate a voice dial. I can sync it to my Razr if I do it through the phone. I can dial on my phone and hear it in the headset and carry on a conversation. Clearly, someting is wrong with the button. I want to be able to dry the thing out.
So, has anyone experience a wet bluetooth headset? Suggestions? Advice? Sympathy?
Anything appreciated.

bump---anyone??? Do you think that a few days of not using it will just dry it out?

the real problem is not being able to get the battery out so that it is powered down! about the best thing you can do is NOT push any buttons - hang it off the top framework of a lampshade with a small bulb so it doesn't get too hot - let it hang for a day or so and hope.

I will try that. Thank you very much for the suggestion.
