External light on v3x

Hi
Can anyone please help me? The external screen on my phone will not light up. It used to light up when i had a call or message or by pressing a button on the side, and stay on for about 20 secs after i closed it. Is there something in the settings im missing.Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Hey sorry to barge in on your thread, I can't provide help but I just wanted to ask how that V3x is? I was thinking of buying one, ive been looking through tons of reviews, im still unsure but I really think I want one.
