Can someone help me flash my V3 (Fido)?

I have an unlocked V3 (the original one, not the better ones currently gracing the marketplace) that I purchased a while ago. At this point, I've gone a long time without fixing it (the email, mms, etc.), but have decided that it needs to be done. I contacted fido about it and they sent me a bunch of instructions that didnt help. Can someone let me know how I can get all of this stuff to work on my phone. If you have any tips or any ideas of where I can get this done, it would be appreciated. Thanks

It depends on what is better for you...I like the older ones so I can modd it...although the memory boost is nice...I have a v3 from Bulgaria that has almost 10 space on it with 3 skins, games and all...I will get around to making a MP of this as soon as I get the phone back(I let a guy use it while I repair his 635) anyway somewhere in these forums there is a guide that explains almost all carriers settings and how to do it.....Try searching for mms settings or something ...I'll repost if I come across it but my connection is super slow and I haven't much time yet but tonight I'll look if you haven't found it...
