What program do you guys use to change the bitrate of mp3s? Any recommendation? If you have a download link, it would be so awesome if you could share it. Thanks!

Well it depends... A lot of music players come with software to change bitrate. You can use iTunes I guess. Just convert your song to a different bitrate. Usually when u convert up... it's not as good because the quality has already been lost. Ripping from cd's and converting it to your preferred bitrate is the best idea. Converting higher bitrate songs to lower bitrate works fine tho.
