SK3 Build Question..

Recieved my device a little over a week ago and im wondering if some of these parts are supposed to feel unsecured/broken?
Mainly the screen(it wobbles back and forth when open) and the 2 plastic grey pieces on each end of the device..they move around when im typing, and it just feels like for 400 dollars this thing should be secure. my sk2 had a much better feel to it.
anyone else have the same thing? is this the way the device was intended to be? dont want to send it back if theyre all like this

back and fourth? not side to side right? well if you played with the screen lightly the screen will lift about an inch up from the keyboard in order to swivel open. the magnets keep it secured but also let it easily swivel open and close.
