Where can I buy an unlocked S55?

I'm quite sure if the S55 is unlocked it will work on my network (Cingular). The only problem is that I'm not quite sure which resellers are reliable (support/customer service-wise). I remember some posts where people had mentioned some sites but cannot locate. Any suggestions?

Try LV wireless, which is www.gsmphonesource.com . He seems pretty reliable, from what i hear, and you can contact him for good deals on shipping and stuff. Good luck

I bought mine from Expansys (US) <http://www.expansys.us>. No problems.

lol...its cheaper at gsmphonesource.com...iunno about the shipping part though

That's one thing Canadians ordering from the U.S. should remember... besides the shipping is the taxes on top. Once it reaches customs you have to pay duty on it. I have been lucky with all the mobiles I have bought customs only had me pay the gst on it. Other people I have known at times got hit with gst plus duty aswell. I guess they base it on value or something.

Yep, but the only problem with expansys is that they take years to ship your order out, even when the product say is in stock at the time of order. It's like they advertise the product, waiting for someone to ordern, and after some amount of quantity they decide to ship them all from their warehouse.

That was not my experience. I believe order to delivery was 3 business days as promised. Maybe mine was the order they needed to make it worthwhile to bring in the shipping dept. Did you order from expansys.us or UK? Maybe it makes a difference if you are in the same country as the warehouse? Just a few guesses.
