Phonecode "Locked" message

Anybody know how to unlock a "Locked Phonecode" message. Yes, I did input the wrong phonecode three times and I got this message. Also, anybody know if the S55 comes with a pre-set PIN2 number?

would calling your provider and asking for a puk code help????

Anybody know what functions on the phone are blocked/notworking/prohibited when the "phonecode locked" message appears?
