V3 Razr Start-up Issue

My phone [Black V3] has decided it doesn't like me any more.

When I go to turn it on it goes through normally to where you enter your pin. After a second, this screen disappears and the whole screen turns white, then fades to black and then turns white again. The only way to halt this is to remove the battery.

After searching for a solution online I have drawn a blank, although I did find out that I can access the 'Boot Loader' screen. I have tried connecting it to my pc in this mode and it finds new hardware as 'S Flash Neptune LTE' and asks for drivers.

I'm well out of warranty on the phone so any help would be appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Update: Since I was able to access the bootloader, I re-flashed my phone and it's working again. For some reason, trying to reflash to the version it was at before the crash had no effect. I had to flash to an older version then flash to the current version.

Hi, I'm glad you managed to sort this issue. Can you help me? I've no idea how to 're-flash'. If you could post a short step-by-step guide to how to do it I would be very grateful.
