do i have to get the pda plan for this phone for it to go on the internet? i already got a cingular family plan and i do not want to add anymore plans to it. can i simply go on the internet and use instant message and email without buying the plan through wifi connection?

also if i have to get a plan, how much does it cost? i see one for 40 and one for 20 dont know whats the difference.

you can get away with the $20 plan. the $40 is the PDA plan they want you to sign on.

you can simply put in your SIM card and use the phone but you are limited by your current data plan. if you have a pay per kb plan, you will be in for a big surprise when your bill comes.

add the $20, its worth it.

if you use wifi you are not using the cingular network...
