Chatboard and lower case letters

I am using Ericsson chatboard - not sure which version - and it only produces upper case letters on my T68i.
How can I switch letter case with Chatboards? Doing "Rls Caps Lock" does not do anything.

I think you hit Shift, then space bar, then start typing and it should be caps. I haven't used my keyboard in a long time.

I believe it is Shift - then Space twice.
On another note has anyone been able to access the www.chatb.com website? I have not been able to access it since I bought my cha-10 a couple of days ago.
