vX9800 help

Hey guys i had to get a new phone cause my other vx9800 froze up so verizon sent me a new phone, but now my songs and videos dotn play right
i cant get my mp3s and my videos play but with no audio, im guess i got a new version or something
i check my settings its saysT98VZV05
can anyone help me out

You have the newest S/W version, I have read posts about differnt video encoding settings needed between the other versions but I am not sure what the diff is, I have always had V05.

and all i got was the phone so i cant read the manual or anything
