I don't know much about them as a company and would like to get one of their phones to test.

well I have a kx5 slider remix......and by far its one of the best phones I have seen, and the easiest to use.......loads of +'s

Dont, I bought one and in less than the first month mine would shut it self off whenever I tried to go through the contact list. I took it back to AllHELL and they told me "yup something's wrong" well that was on June the 19th and I still dont have my phone and alltell does not carry the phone anymore, and they said that they will not do anything for atleast 3 months.
So my .02 is stay away from the Kx5 and go for the Motorola ex815 it does all the same stuff and even takes the same flash card.

well mine works good.......the first one I got wouldnt let me send or receive instant picture messages.....it would take a day or two to get there or here..

they sent me one out in the mail, with the return postage for the one that didnt work.....now it works fine

one person's opinion isn't anything. I believe you have to use ur own opinion

e815s are ugly!

I agree the 815's are not very pretty but I dont use my phone as a fashion statment I just want one that works. So far just at my local AllHell they have sent 20 of the KX5's back for repairs and they have not got any info back on them. So I am sure the ones that work are good phones but if you get on that is from the same batch mine came out of you may get a good phone and you may get a POS

i have a kx5 through cricket and i havent had any problems with it yet i love it! it seems that a lot of people complain about alltel's version, and i wonder why that is? does alltel change their version or something?

I have cricket one too.. i've had it for a few months and i think the normal phone speaker may be dying, it works on and off, i've been using speakerphone.. i don't know, i love this phone. but i got the cricket warrantee anyway. if it stays working its hands down the best phone i've ever had.
