my brother accidently locked the applications for my v3. i called t-mobile customer servicre but they directed me to motorola and they directed me to another place. Point is they said it has the memory has to be flashed?? how do i do that and is there a certain loader or booter i have to use?

hit menu and enter 000000, OR connect to p2k tools or any modding software and read the code from the program. u dont need to flash it
