can anyone answer these questions about the Toshiba 803T for me? xP

1) Will it work with T-Mobile in the US?
2) Does it work with T-Mobile's MMS and WAP (T-zones) settings?
3) Does it have the T9 predicted text function?
4) Will the firmware be in English?

and any other information about the phone would be great.

1) Yes it will work with T-Mobile in the US, I just bought one recently a couple days ago and recieved it yesterday. Its a nice phone but still trying to adapt to it and learn all the features.
2) I don't know about that....I don't think its possible to access T-zones settings or MMS...I could be wrong..I'm still learning along the way.
3)From what most people are saying there is no T9 predcited text function on this phone, since in japanese there was no need for T9 they figured english would be the same.
4)I'm still trying to figure this one also...

I'm relatively new to this phone and I'm trying to learn as much possible information on this phone as possible..I'm the biggest trouble trying to get this phone to play music....its frustrating...can somebody help me also..any information on this phone would be helpful.

my other question is about texting, and reading comincs.
from what I have heard, this phone can allow you to read comics online but since we cannot access the vodafone online application obviously we are not able to read comics correct? I know this sounds like a dumb and obvious question but I'm just throwing it out there anyways. Is there anyway to access internet from this phone?

I've read my forums about this phone and what you're supposed do to get music to play but yet i'm still stumped on how exactly to do it. because I've tried and it still hasn't worked yet.

and my last question is about texting.
If I text my friend who has a vodafone or docomo or phone that supports japanese text is it possible for them to recieve my text in japanese?

You can probably send MMS, but can't receive it. There is no T9 on this phone, only 904T and 902T have T9.

I haven't bought one, but I have tried one out in a store. for question 2- you will have to manually type in the GPRS settings, but internet will work. For 4- yes, it is in english,but you have to find the "Language" setting (you will know when you find it because it's the only menu option in english until you change your language to english). Oh- you have to use a program called "beat engine" to transfer songs to your phone (I think it's also available in English, but then it's called something like Toshiba Mobile Music). You follow the same steps as listed under the V904T thread for transferring music- I think(but you have to connect your phone to the computer and set the phone to "music transfer" mode or use a card reader). I'm not too sure about music transfer, since I only tried one in a store, but I'm pretty sure about answering the questions from the first poster.
