Synching Sent Emails Folder

I just got the HTC Tytn yesterday and all is working very well, I have one question and hope someone ran accrosss it:

I have 2 POP emails set on the Tytn and I am able to send and receive emails correctly and they do synch with my PV Outlook. The only folder that is not synching is the Sent Items folder. I made sure it is checked in the Synch 4.1 folder selections but I am unable to get emails sent from my Tytn that are in the Sent Items on the Tytn to show up on my PC Outlook Sent Items. Is this normal or Am I missing something?
