So ummm where the multimedia suite? I have 4.04b installed so I cant see why it isn't showing up. Is there something I need to enable?

and you MANUALLY Configured MPT as a V3CM Phone?

It should go back to Initializing on the MPT screen, but should connect. From the icons on the right, you should now see Multimedia Studio in the icon bar on the right.

question.... Since you missed that part on the MPT Via Cable page...

Do you have any suggestions how I could clean that page up, make it easier to follow, or make it more obvious?

Seriously I have no idea
There are sooooooooooooo many types of problems that can occur I really can't see other then the way you have it now. It works for people who read, but for people who skim, it's a little harder.
