RAZR Text message Problem

A friend of mine has a Black RAZR with Cingular and she is unable to send or receive any sort of text or picture message. Cingular Doesn't have a clue. Does anyone have any ideas of how to fix this. Also no errors come up. her phone seems to think it sent the message, but I never recieve them on my RAZR. also when I try to send her a message it sends fine but she never gets it

hey ghostrider, where you located? my wife is having the same problem with her Razr. It keeps telling her Unable to send message, In outbox to retry later... She's talked to Cingular CS and has gone into the store...

Frankly, if the phone is from cingular and under warranty, i'd take it back.
