what the best tool to open chasis on a w800 without messing up the plastic?
I changed the chasis but messed up the original chasis..had to buy a new one.

When I bought a new white casing for my T637, the seller also sent me the T6 Torx screwdriver as well as a plastic prying tool to help separate parts. It helped with the transfer immensely without ruining the new housing. Though I don't know where to get these tools separately, but I guess you could try ebay.

I used only my fingernails for my 810. I find if you push in on the middle plate where the clips are, and dig your fingernails in at the same point it pops out. I didn't want to risk marring the case, although in retrospect I think using a credit card is a good idea. It's probably too soft to mar the case easily.
Yeah, I'm a bit of a sissy when it comes to disassembling my toys.
