Treo 650 (Cingular) Bluetooth with 2007 Toyota Camry

I just purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry with Bluetooth (BT) and also own Treo 650 with latest firmware and Cingular Software. At the dealership, two different salesman made the car's BT work fine. In fact one of the salesman had the identical Treo 650 with same software upgrades as mine.
Here's the problem:
I can receive calls, but can not make them with BT. I pair the phone without difficulty, but when I try to initiate a call via voice, my phone never activates. I can take my phone and manually try to call and the car's BT will then take over.
What is interesting is that I can do a hard reset on the Treo and it all works perfectly as it should, but now I have no contacts, my programs, etc. When I hotsync and then try again, it goes back to my orginal problem of only being able to receive calls. I use Datebook5, epocrates, and sync with my Outlook. I use Win XP pro. Not sure what else to tell you to help. I suspect one of my programs is causing some important setting to change, but I have spent a week trying to resolve this with Cingular and they don't have any answers.
Can you help or make a suggestion?
Thanks, Walt

Another guy, Bill, and I discovered that we had the program Ringo on our cell phones. We deleted it from the desktop and phone, reset the phone by taking out the battery and putting it back in and now our Bluetooth works with the car.
Hope this helps,
walt
