Where is the water detector sticker in BB 8700??

I just bought a phone on ebay state stated new never used, but owneing so many phones I can tell it was atleast used once--I also am having trouble getting it to turn on--and see there is no moisture detector sticker. I just don't know where it is supposed to be. Anyone with a 8700c please tell me where it is. Thanks!!

the sticker is in the corner next to the lower right screw under the battery cover - also there is one on the battery
