Cingular master dealer in NC?

I am looking to open a wireless store in North Carolina and would like to offer Cingular, but dont think I would meet the credentials of going through Cingular direct (#1), and #2 I didnt see NC on the drop down list for markets available on their application.
Can anyone recommend a master agent in this area?
I tried DCW, no luck.
