I'll sell you my Cingular 8125 (You'll have to give me a day to unlock it) shipped for $325. It has the original box, I'm just missing the stylus and one of the rear non-stick pads. It's fine besides that. I even think I have a set of screen protectors laying around. My email address is jordan.th@gmail.com. I could also resell the licenses for some of my software, if you were interested.

What is the rear non-stick pad? Do you have any pix? Where are you located?
I'd be more lenient with local deals. Non-local deals tend to be a problem since I don't really like paying first unless the seller has really good refs...
