HEy guys I have a Razr unlocked branded to tmobile and the problem that I'm having is the phone will work for some time and then next thing you know the screen is black? I can still recieve calls and all I just cant see my display! Would that be a software issue or a hardware issue?

If anyone had an answer, it would have been posted. Nobody likes to post "I read your question, but don't have an answer," and I'm sure you wouldn't consider a post like that to be helpful anyway.
My guess is that the screen turns off after a certain amount of time to save the battery. Have a look in your Settings for a screen timeout setting.

there is a screen timeout on a v3, but when a call comes in or you press a button
the main display "should" come back on ....
