KX5 bluetooth

i was wonderin if anyone knows how to enable bluetooth transfer on the KX5. when i try to use the BT wit my laptop they can see each other fine but cant transfer files. i think i read somewhere that Kyocera (or Alltel) disabled the BT transfer but didnt know if it could be enabled wit KWPST, QPST, or mobile phone tools.

I don't understand Ampd, cause I have a remix and it's basically the same phone as the amp'd jet, and it has bluetooth, but not the jet? The jet seems to be a upgraded version of the remix, so why would they disable bluetoooth?
