Microphone doesn't work on T68?

Just picked up a T68 off of eBay for a pretty good price and it's working great except for the fact that no one can hear me unless I use my headset. Any ideas if I'm just needing to change something in the settings or did I get a broken phone

If it is broke, is there some place in Dallas that someone can recommend to send it to get fixed?

I had a similar problem with a phone I picked up from eBay. I took it to an Ericsson service company and we ended up sending it back to Ericsson for repair. Ericsson just replaced it with a new phone - no questions asked. BTW, the firmware was upgraded and it was unlocked when I originally bought it off eBay.

Couldn't tell you about service centers in your area. But I see that you are a TMobile customer - they should have repair centers that would be able to send the phone into Ericsson for you. In Canada, the service center that I went to is primarily an AT&T service center.
