I have a A920 it was giving me problem (boot screen get stuck on motorola 3g) I am trying to flahs using PST 2.6, 2.7, RSD Lite 2.6, 2.7, 3.0 and nothing is working, wired things is that under all the program the phone is detected as connected but no info (such as ESN or IMEI or sw info) and in additional when I try to go into bootloader mode, my phone's screen is blank and black, but my computer do pickup as flash object. I can't flex the phone but the software returned that it is in the flash mode, but since I can't see anything in the screen I can't tell if there are anything worng.

I am stuck, I searched for months in different form, I hope someone could help me. Morotorla in Toronto (where I live) said they don't know how to get this thing working since this is too advance.

If not one could help could someone at least direct me to some repair place in Toronto who maight able to help, please. Thanks

do you have all the drivers laoded ?

go here to get your flash files:

http://machman.gotdns.com

there are also flashing guides for the moto uiq phones.
you need to register to be able to download

you need to upgrade to a925 first , then you flash it,
there are guides on that forum for your handset.

good luck
