Question for LG VX4400

Okay, so I know this is kind of a stupid question, but I just got a new phone, a LG VX4400, and I've been trying to download ringtones, but it won't let me. Everytime I try to get on to Get it Now my entire phone shuts off and restarts. Does anyone know why?
