7250: Upgrade from BES

Howdy. New to posting to the forum.
I'll be checking RIM's KB for this today, but does anybody know the procedure for upgrading a Handheld to v. 4.1, using the BES (wireless upgrade)?
Our BES is up to version 4.0.

You don't use the BES to introduce the handheld OS upgrade.
Download the OS update from your carrier's website. Install the package on the PC, then tether the device to the PC. Using RIM's "Desktop Manager", load the update to the device. Ensure that you select "backup handheld data" during the upgrade process.
The device will automatically initiate the BES activation over the air once the upgrade has been done....
