Keypad quit working on my black razr.. Any key you pressed had same effect as pressing right arrow key.. Was told, keypad was bad so i ordered a new keypad, and installed it last night, and also re-flashed to new software, and ran keypad flex. well after all that its still doing the same thing.. Any ideas before i send it in to motorola??

that sounds more like the keypad flex cable than the keypad itself.
The flex runs up to the LCD's as well so goes through the hinge and
gets bent alot !!!! Sometimes the motherboard connector works loose,
but if you've replaced the keypad that connector will now be tight, right ?

Yep! replaced the whole kepad assembly.. came with new flex cables and all.. This one has me stumped. phone is about 4 months old.. never dropped or slammed hard, always treated it like is made of glass lol..

try replacing the speaker flex cable..

Sorry for delay, just got phone back from motorola, and they scracthed it all to peices, on the black area around outside lcd.. and told me signs of water damge, phones never been wet, do i have any chances of getting them to replace it
