S55 - Problem sync'ing with Outlook

I'm using the IrDA connection and trying to sync with Outlook. I've been able to download contacts, ringtones and images, so I know the IrDA works.

When I try sync'ing the Outlook calendar, the first entry is downloaded to the phone and then I get "can't communicate with the phone" error on the PC.

Any ideas?

I have an S57. I use the included cable to sync with outlook. My problem is... all the numbers sync with my phone but the email addresses don't. Can anyone help me? Am using XTND Connect Siemens Software to sync with outlook

check the field mapping and make sure the fields in your phone match up to the fields in outlook. ex.

Phone Outlook

First Name First Name
Last Name Last Name
Email Email

you get the idea....

Does it have to be case sensitive? I have heard that with some sync's all the info needs to be the same including texts that are in caps to work correctly. I don't know how true this is.... anyone care to share?
