903.. Accessing VM

This might be a dumb question.. but when I hold down the 1 key... it tries to dial 121... I want to change it, but its not allowing me.. On a normal phone, I can change that number to dial my 888 number to access my vm system. Any sugguestions?

you need to change the voicemail number under the message settings. change the roaming number to the voicemail centre number
