Found P800 in Vegas for $800. Should I?

Hey all, I'm in Vegas this weekend and I found a cell phone store that sells the P800. Originally, the guy wanted $900 for it but I talked him down to $800 cash out the door. Should I buy it or wait for the official release from SE site and save about $150. I have till Sunday to decide. It's soooo nice when I was holding it. Really tough choice to buy now or wait. hrrrr.... I wanted sooo bad.

Bonafyde, $800 is an average price these days. Did you find out what firmware level the phone was at? If its not the latest I would save your money and wait until SE has them in stock or Adam from GSMPhoneSource drops the price. Remeber, $150.00 could buy you a nice BT headset.

I think your saving is gonna be around $100 when you consider the shipping charges from SE(around $45 I think)

I say buy it...why not . Yeah there will be $150 savings but look before you get that savings you still have to pay tax on $ 650 and then If you wait, with the avail of this product in its begining to the "regular" public you may still end up paying shipping on top of the tax. On the bright side you will have it early and SE plans to give the updates for free for life once the product is officailly released...so go for it

Yeah my shipping to hawaii is 13.40$, I can't believe how ebay people rape their buyers with horrific shipping rates.

Oh and I feel $800.00 is a good prive for a P800. Until SE releases them for ~$650.00

Confirming that NO Tax! and as far as shipping charges where do you get off stating that SE will charge $45... I ordered 2 P800s for next day Del. and that will only cost $22 shipping. Then again if you live in Iraq maybe it would be $50... he he
