I have a 902sh with i believe the hk firmware 1.03W i think is the version number. i tried playing mp3s somework and others don't. and some just play to a point and then stop playing. i tried using itunes and converted them to m4a, but those don't show in the media player. i thought all versions of 902 play m4a. can anyone give me some suggestions wat to do? . i checked and all files of mp3 below 192kps or are 192kps.

.m4a isn't a format, it's an extension that iTunes uses for AAC files, and it's not a standard extension for AAC files, either, which is the problem. The 902 can play AAC files, but it doesn't recognize .m4a. Try changing the extension to .mp4 or .aac.
