Ok...so I just got the new pebl U6 from Fido...
and....... well it doesn't Ring ! ! ! !
it's the same menus as on my razr so vibe and ring should be well vibe and ring...

when i move the volume using the quickeys on the side of the phone, nothing...
the phone makes all the other noizes and sounds, just no rings....

any ideas?

First, this thread should be in the Motorola Problems section.

Second, did you check to see if you actually have selected a ringtone?

have you tried playing an audio tune in the multimedia-sounds menu? does it play? if not, try step 2, doing a master reset/master clear then report your findings.

Hey Guys, turns out their was an issue with the phone and they gave me a new one.....

I had a v80 and a RAzr, so i was familiar with the software.....
It wouldn't play nothing...
