So first a center in NC goes down because of Ernesto. I can deal with that We've been quiet lately, so taking the NE calls is no problem.
Then the billing department IVR goes on the fritz.
Then when it comes back up, it's 15-20 minutes to get a human on the line.
And here come the Telegence calls...

Was that the prob last night? We had a pick your plan migration that took over an hour to do, luckily that was the only thing I needed to call cs for
