Lost theme--Need help

I just did a whipe on my Blackberry 8700g, and I lost my favorite theme. I dont remember the name of the theme, and cant remember where I got it, I think it was on there when I got it. It listed 4 or 5 things on the right, messages, email, email, address book, etc...and then had a blackberry icon to launch the rest of the apps. Anyone know the name and where I can get it at. Please!!!!

Thanks. Works fine now, it was the Zen theme.
