how to flash

i have a verizon v3c with .04 and want to go to .02 so i can have file transfers. what software do i need to flash my phone i have already downloaded the .02 firmware, i just dont know what to do next.

Rather than going back to .02... why not flash to the LEAKED .04P firmware available at http://www.humpa.com/vzw or http://ryfiles.com/flash
It is the same as the "store flashed" .04 PLUS it also will restore Bluetooth OBEX File Transfer capabilities no matter which flash is on your phone...
