I was flashing my phone with the new monster pack and this error message came up, what do i do, thanks

Failed flashing process. Errot getting subscriber unit information. Device API Error: 0xE003003B Command: RQHW (0xE083203B)

Phone info:
Flex version: GSTL7T676YE114
s/w Vewsion: R4513_G_08.B7.DCR_RB
Language List: 0024

ps. i cant post pics for some reason, so if u need more help diagnosing the problem ill email u whatever u need. aslo when i start the phone now it says:

Try a different MP...Or reinstall your backup......you may have gotten a corruption while downloading...
