Well i was stoked when i got the job and what not working at a retail store is cool dealing with all sorts of animals (customers) lol i keep my cool pretty good but this is really bugging the hell out of me, ive been using my managers cuid because after 2 weeks i still dont have a god damn nt login, cuid that works with opus, and login for retail desk, not to mention the fact that everytime i call customer care i sound like ******* when they ask whats your dealercode and im like umm heres my managers, im a new hire and they insist that i have one... a company this big cant get 4 usernames and an email address together i mean my first name is acommon and my last name is piss easy to spell.

You Dont have Opus logins but have a 8125 - cou line..

First day I started I had a CUID the first week(actually 2 days) I did a bunch of test's and ordered my team colors. Second week I was in training and got an 8125 for my dealer line. I would think the first thing you'd need to get is a CUID because it is your everything (commision recorder, the id you use to punch in and out, etc)

When I started with Cingular about a year ago, it took almost a month for me to get my CUID and network logins... It was such a pain having to use someone else's... I think it may be a market thing. But Cingular as a whole is a rather unorganized company.

It took me a month to get my codes and I was a rehire.

i have teh cuid i got that at orientation its been like 2 weeks and still nothing from cingular in pleasanton i cant access opus so i have to use my managers. we have harassed those guys for my codes

Big Orange is extremely unorganized. It took me about a month or so to get all of my logins and comp code.

VZW had them for me in 6 hours

might even be your ARSM that's screwing up. but ya it sucks that someone is somewhere. when I first started a couple of years ago (in the ATTWS days) i had everything within a week of returning from training (so i guess three weeks total since my first day was pretty much starting training).

The hiring process is grueling.. i was SOOO happy when I was finally done, and had all my codes, but like you are hearing it did take a good three or four weeks before I got my Opus Login created successfully as well.. It sucks, but everything will work out.....

.......eventually
