I have been hating Nextel for the past 2 months... I take my phone to the service center they dont have the parts, I call customer care they cant help and tell me to go to the service center what do I do and let me go down the list of problems...: My phone rejects about half of the text messages I recieve on a DAILY basis, it powers off by itself, keeps telling me to insert sim when there is one, Drops every other call i make or recieve and the list goes on and on and on and on... To save you trouble I have already had my software upgraded and antenna replaced, and I have deleted most of my ring tones. My contracts been up since March and Im at my wits end with iDen HELP

what phone is it? do you have the service plan? how old is the phone? sounds like you may have a legitimate reason to call retentions.
